Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I hope you find it interactive and easy to use. If you prefer to do all your business online, this site allows you to input a loan application, and get updates online. But, if you prefer a more personal touch, I am free and available to talk to you during regular business hours, and on evenings and weekends by appointment. Please feel free to call any time.

I am a Senior Loan Officer with Town and Country mortgage. I’ve been in the financial world of business for 20+ years, so that should give you some confidence that I’ve seen trends come and go. The one thing I can say with certainty is that the more things change, the more they stay the same. Recently the mortgage industry has undergone a huge change, back to where things were, 20 years ago. We have witnessed how loose lending guidelines allowed almost everyone to own a home. That was fantastic, but probably not realistic in an ever changing economy. So, we’ve come full circle again, and lenders have dramatically tightened lending requirements. The good news is that those who qualify for a mortgage today, will probably be able to keep their homes, and with very good rates and terms, for a lifetime.

I love working in the mortgage lending business. It has given me the opportunity to help you resolve problems, and make dreams come true. I very much enjoy working with people on a one to one basis. I'm good at problem solving and working with each of you, and your unique situation, to find the best loan for your needs and financial situation. That's why I'm currently working as an independent loan originator with an independent company.

One of the greatest advantages of working with me, is that I have access to many lenders. I can pull your credit ONCE, and shop around for the best loans, rates and terms for you. Believe it or not, there are still multiple ways to finance your house, and I can weigh all the available options for you. I will meet with you at your convenience (or if you prefer, we can do the entire process by phone, fax, and email, and even snail mail.)

I send out emails almost daily to keep you aware of rates, rules and regulation changes, even special offerings by lenders. I try to let you know what I know as soon as I can get word out to you.
